                                                    The IBM X-Force Cyber Range is designed to provide immersive simulations that guide participants through realistic breach scenarios, helping ensure they can respond and recover from enterprise-level cyber security incidents, manage vulnerabilities, and build a stronger security culture in their organizations. IBM facilitators will guide participants through a sample breach scenario. The experience is immersive and helps participants work through challenges they would face in real time.

                                                    Note: Pre-registration is required to participate in this simulation. (Separate item on registration form.) Participation is limited to the first 35 attendees who sign up for the simulation. The simulation takes 45 minutes.

                                                     This facilitated discussion provides an opportunity for Summit participants to share what is working and what is not when it comes to AI and cyber training for staff and elected leaders, and to share use cases. PTI AI and Cyber Summit Attendee Terms and Conditions

VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE
Each person is responsible for their own virtual experience and monitoring all technical requirements to enable access to the event via the platform. Access is limited to each individual as registered and may not be shared with others who are not attending the event. Recordings may not be shared with others who are not attending the event. All times for the event are in Eastern Standard Time (EST) unless otherwise specified.

NOTICE OF MEDIA RECORDING AND USE OF LIKENESS
During any and all parts of the PTI AI and Cyber Summit, photographs and/or recordings (both audio and video) may be taken by Fusion Learning Partners and/or others on behalf of Fusion Learning Partners. By attending and participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree that your likeness – including image, voice, statements, and other identifying characteristics – may be captured in photographs and recordings (both audio and video). You grant Fusion Learning Partners permission to use these materials in promotional publications, on its website, in media, in videos and/or awareness publications, without compensation to the subjects.

ATTENDEE RECORDINGS & PHOTOS
Attendees, Speakers and Exhibitors are encouraged to network and enjoy the conference experience (both virtual and in-person). As such, capturing memories of casual conference activities and networking is permitted with the permission of those being prominently photographed. Photographing or recording speaker presentations is forbidden without permission from the speaker.

PAYMENT
Your registration is not complete until full payment is received. All registration fees are due prior to the start of the conference. All fees are accepted in US dollars only. Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) are the preferred method of payment but check or SWIFT is also accepted.
You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your online registration which can serve as your invoice. If a separate invoice is needed, please email [email protected] to have one sent to you.
Your order number must appear on all mailed payments in order for payment to be accurately applied to your account. Checks must be received by April 20, 2024 or you will be required to finalize registration by credit card or incur a 2.5% late fee on a reissued invoice.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS
Cancellation requests that are received by April 17, 2025 will receive a refund of registration fees less a $25.00 USD Administrative Fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 30, 2024. Persons who do not show up for the event will be responsible for the entire registration fee.

All cancellation requests should be emailed to [email protected].

Should circumstances beyond our control necessitate event postponement or cancellation, notification will be posted on the Fusion Learning Partners website. Please refer to www.fusionlp.org for more information. We will also notify via email to all those who registered. At the discretion of Fusion Learning Partners, all or part of your original registration fee may be refundable or applied toward a future event.

Transfer of registration can be arranged for no additional fee. To transfer your registration to another individual, please email [email protected].
