About the Annual Minnesota Public Safety Communications Conference

The 2024 Public Safety Communications Conference brings together a broad base of public safety and emergency management practitioners to develop understanding of the key interoperability challenges and opportunities facing Minnesota public safety agencies.

The 2024 Public Safety Communications Conference will be a multi-day event with combined training workshops, informational presentations, facilitated/open discussions, and exhibits/product demonstrations. The 2024 conference will take place from May 6 9, 2024 at the Kelly Inn and River's Edge Convention Center, 100 - 4th Ave. S, St. Cloud, MN, 55301

This is the one conference that brings leaders and professionals from across the spectrum of Minnesota’s public safety communications, such as SECB board members, regions, partners, volunteer groups, telecommunications and dispatchers, IT side/cybersecurity/GIS, and more to network together with content relevant for everyone. The 2024 conference is anticipating 300 attendees from the following markets:

  • Law Enforcement
  • Dispatch
  • Federal, State, County, City, or Local Government
  • Emergency Management Services
  • Volunteer Agencies

Exhibitor Fees 

General Exhibitor - $500
Nonprofit Exhibitor - $250

Your exhibitor fee includes an exhibit booth, 2 chairs, and two (2) conference registrations. Additional items for your exhibit booth such as electricity, carpet or extra chairs/table may be purchased directly with the venue at an additional cost. Booth should include 6' draped table.  Hanging ID sign. 

Where/when can additional passes be purchased? Additional items can be purchased from the exhibitor kit which will be mailed to you at a future date from the decorator.

Complimentary conference registration does not include lodging and/or meals. Lodging and meal arrangements are made with and paid directly to the venue. Information on lodging and meals will be sent after registering for your sponsor/exhibitor level.

Special Hotel Rate $107/night - Reservations can be made online or by calling the hotel directly at 320-253-0606 - ask for the Public Safety Communications Conference group block.


Registration Deadline

All registrations must be paid in full prior to the conference by check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or SWIFT. Payment terms, including policies for cancellations and late payment, are presented for your review before submitting your form. The deadline to register as a sponsor or exhibitor is April 22, 2024.
