Please join us for the CEAM Summer Business Meeting at 11:00 AM at Union Depot, 214 4th St. E., St. Paul, followed by a networking event during the Saint Paul Saints game at CHS Field. Lunch will be available until 1:00 PM. with the game starting at 1:07 PM.

Business Meeting and Networking Event

Attendance at the Business meeting is free and open to anyone.

Registration for the City Engineers Association of Minnesota (CEAM) summer networking event includes a Saints game ticket, lunch, and parking validation (limited on a first-come, first serve basis) at the Union Depot. We will have space reserved for CEAM attendees in the Cub-a-Cabana picnic area for lunch and networking. Each attendee will also receive a general admission ticket to watch the game. Plan your visit to CHS Field ahead of time with these helpful tips!

  • Validated parking available at Union Depot's four lots
  • Gates open at 11:30 a.m. and lunch is available until 1 p.m.
  • Event space reserved at the game for CEAM attendees.
  • Saints game starts at 1:07 p.m.

Registration and Fees

The registration fee to attend the CEAM Networking Event is $25 for CEAM members and $50 for non-members. Participants may also renew their annual CEAM Membership ($100) at this time.

Payment Details

ALL registrations must be paid in full prior to the CEAM 2024 Summer Meeting in order to gain access to the meeting.

Checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or SWIFT will be accepted for payment. All invoice payments are due within 30 days of registration.

A confirmation email will be sent to you to serve as your receipt or invoice.

Be sure you are ready for parking by following this helpful information at CHS Field. 

Limited on a first-come, first serve basis. Once all validations are claimed, we suggest parking at the League of Minnesota Cities and taking the light rail into Downtown St. Paul.

Terms and Conditions

ALL registrations must be paid in full prior to the CEAM Summer Meeting in order to attend. Check, Credit Card, or SWIFT will be accepted for payment. All invoice payments are due within 30 days of registration or by August 2, 2024 if paying by check.

Your confirmation email is your invoice. If a separate invoice is needed, please email Fusion Learning Partners at [email protected] to have one sent to you. Your order number must appear on all mailed payments in order for payment to be accurately applied to your account.

Should circumstances beyond our control necessitate event postponement or cancellation, notification will be posted on the CEAM website. Please refer to https://fusionlp.org/ceam/ for more information. We will also notify via email to all those who registered. At the discretion of CEAM, all or part of your original registration fee may be refundable or applied toward a future event.

Transfer of your registration to another person may be allowable, subject to approval of CEAM. Requests for transfer of registration should be submitted to [email protected].
