CALL FOR SESSION PROPOSALS

Thank you for considering sharing your knowledge and expertise at the Transforming Learning Summit! The purpose of the Transforming Learning Summit is to inspire educators who are transforming systems and practices for the success of ALL students by making the learning experience relevant and meaningful.

The theme of the 2021 Summit is Building the Culture of Learning. It will be held virtually August 11-12, 2021. Be a part of networking, learning, engagement, and inspiration in this collaborative virtual environment!

The conference creates an annual opportunity for practitioners, leaders and stakeholders within the state’s education community to come together to advance learning and share best practices. The success of the Summit depends on engaging and informative presentations from K-12 education professionals like you who represent diverse backgrounds, settings and positions.  

If you want to showcase a particular area of expertise, or an experience that could benefit your peers and help Transform Learning, we want to hear from you!

Session Information

All sessions presented during the 2021 Transforming Learning Summit will be recorded. By participating in the conference as a speaker, you agree to have your session recorded and made available for play back or purchase for up to 6 months past the Summit, without additional compensation. Recorded content will be password protected and viewable only. It will not be available to download or freely share. In addition you agree that still images and/or short video clips from your session may be used for future marketing purposes.

Please visit and review the Transforming Learning Summit Call for Proposals website prior to beginning your submission. The website includes information about deadlines, session formats, audience types, selection process, and more. Applicants are expected to know and understand the information on this website prior to submitting their proposals.

Deadline: Friday, April 2, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. CST. 

Incomplete and/or late proposal submissions are accepted by invitation only.

No submissions from commercial companies/organizations will be accepted outside of these guidelines.
